Individual executive coaching · California

Think clearly. Lead deliberately.

A structured one-to-one thinking partnership for executives, founders, senior leaders, and professionals navigating consequential decisions, communication challenges, and demanding roles.

A brief inquiry starts a fit review. It does not create a coaching or therapist-client relationship and does not reserve a session.

Michael Williams

Executive coach in this engagement. California LMFT 114739 as professional background.

A separate professional role

In executive coaching, Michael acts as a coach, not as your psychotherapist. Coaching does not assess, diagnose, or treat a mental-health condition and does not create a therapist-client relationship.

The approved individual offer

One focused session at a time.

Start with a free 15-minute telephone fit conversation. If both parties choose to proceed, each coaching session is scheduled individually under a separate coaching agreement.

Session

60 minutes

Professional fee

$350 per session

Payment

Due in advance

Cancellation

48 hours

Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice are charged in full, subject to the signed coaching agreement and applicable law. Coaching is not billed to insurance, and no superbill, HSA, or FSA eligibility representation is made for coaching services.

The work

Professional growth without vague promises.

Coaching creates protected time to examine how you are thinking, communicating, and acting in a professional role. It supports deliberate practice and accountability. It does not guarantee a promotion, income, business growth, or a specific result.

Focus 01

Decision clarity

Slow down the noise around a consequential choice, identify the real constraints, and define a decision you can own.

Focus 02

Communication under pressure

Prepare for difficult conversations, sharpen the message, and lead with greater intention when the stakes are high.

Focus 03

Delegation and boundaries

Examine where overfunctioning, unclear ownership, or avoidable friction is limiting your leadership capacity.

Focus 04

Focused execution

Turn a professional objective into practical commitments, observable behavior, and a reviewable next step.

How it is structured

A defined engagement, not an endless subscription.

The coaching agreement defines the professional goal, roles, confidentiality, fee, cancellation terms, records, and any information an employer sponsor may receive. No sponsor reporting occurs unless its scope is documented and agreed before coaching begins.

01

Review the fit

Michael reviews the professional request and uses a free 15-minute telephone conversation to confirm that coaching, rather than psychotherapy, matches the request.

02

Sign the coaching agreement

Agree on the professional objective, confidentiality, sponsor boundaries if relevant, fee, cancellation policy, and responsibilities.

03

Schedule and pay

Reserve one 60-minute session at a time. The $350 fee is paid in advance before the confirmed appointment.

04

Work and review

Use focused conversation, reflection, preparation, and accountable next steps, then close or schedule another session deliberately.

Choose the correct relationship

Coaching and psychotherapy are not interchangeable.

The distinction is established before work begins and is documented in the correct agreement.

  • You understand that coaching outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Coaching is not the right service when

  • You need diagnosis, psychotherapy, trauma processing, or mental-health treatment.

  • You want disability, leave, workers' compensation, or other clinical documentation.
  • A current or prior professional relationship creates a conflict that cannot be managed safely.

Dedicated coaching inquiry

Describe the professional objective.

Keep this request practical and work focused. This form intentionally does not ask for clinical history.

Who expects to pay for coaching?

No payment is collected with this inquiry. If coaching is appropriate, the separate agreement and advance-payment instructions come before a session is confirmed.

Executive coaching is a separate professional service and is not psychotherapy, healthcare, crisis care, or a substitute for mental-health treatment. It does not include diagnosis, trauma treatment, insurance billing, superbills, clinical documentation, or guaranteed professional or financial outcomes. Availability is limited to adults physically located in California while legal and tax review of any interstate coaching offer remains pending.
